They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. Their building was easy enough to find. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. The staff is great about turning their phones off when they come into work. Their full attention is always on the patients. The staff wasn't overly rude, but they weren't very polite either. They never answer the phones, leave messages and they have never called back, Very trying, getting phone service or finding out about phone service was a joke.I was very upset with the service here the first few days.

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional
