Respite Care...witnessed employee watching tv(what she wanted to watch) with the residents just sitting around the table..no interaction with them even turned off the lights while she viewed her program.during a weekend afternoon...serving cold food to the residents on more that one occasion claiming because its not cooked in that location..so how about sliding each tray in microwave to warm it.

The residents that's not verbal and can't speak up probably suffers the most.

The shower in the Respite Care residents apartment had appeared to be untouched on more than 1 occasion. Someones Pubic Hair on the floor in the shower on more than 1 occasion..so it appears that these Respite Care Residents are just getting Sponge Baths with wipes, Inadequate bathing.

Also not changing the residents clothes daily, the residents family left a full shopping bag of clothes but 2 days later the resident was seen by another family member with the same clothes on.

The resident also now has a rash on her bottom due to the Depends not being changed frequently.

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

you come take a look at the rooms and at how some nurses ignore the residents. My dad nor my dog would stay there.
