They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
