this nursing home, has a good environment. it is clean and well kept. they have professional nurses and cna's on staff. the landscape is very beautiful. they have games, music, church, and many other activities for the patient's. it is in a well located area and close to the city of rock mount, va. I enjoy going to visit there because the staff is so nice and friendly.

I just left Franklin Health after a terrific stay. I received great therapy and got even better than I was before I had my surgery. The nursing staff and the food was wonderful Couldn't have asked for better care.

I would like to say what a good place FH&RC is to go for rehabilitation you get the best treatment the the staff is great i cannot say how great the place is i got best treatment from all the staff if had come back it would be there

They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. My family member has pushed call button and had to wait for 30 minutes or more for an answer. I was there on first shift and timed how long it took for call bell to be answered. Once was 35 minutes and was told they were going to get help took another 15 minutes to come back. My family was in therapy and doing well until she waited 30 minutes one night for someone to help her to the restroom and tried to get up herself and fell. Rooms are dirty, most CNA's don't want to be there and it's obvious in their care. It's terrible when you pay $255 a day for care and you have to go every day and take care of your family yourself (cleaning teeth, washing hands, cleaning room, helping eat, etc.) This was at one time the best facility in the area but not anymore. I have spoken to several family memeber on this hall and all have complaints. Have been there when the smell was horrible!
