They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best.
