Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

I was very pleased with the personal care at Crestview in Atlanta Ga.the staff and all nurses and cna's are winderfull. I recommend this nursinghome.I have received wonderfully excellent care for my son who had a stroke.the Rehab staff is excellent. Everybody in that nursinghome have been very professional. My son was well taking care. it was the best place to be for my son .I could not ask for more.a big family atmosphere. I love you all very much.thanks to Crestview of Atlanta on springdale rd my son is a very different man.he received love care and respect.words can not express my satisfaction. Thank you to all the employees from Crestview.
