Please do not consider leaving your love one at this facility. Please see their investigation report on the DADS website! You can also "Google' WinterHaven, Houston, Tx. care center raid and view a video of things that happen at another Concord owned facility.

Dementia patients do not get the dignity & respect deserved by the nursing staff. A majority of the Nusing staff need further training in the Alzheimer's field & really learn to care for those wandering patients NOT MEDICATION to keep them under control. A lot of TLC

************Warning stay away************** Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications.The DON appears to have no experience along with the administrator in giving any type of quality care.I even witnessed them treating there staff without respect so, if they treat their staff like that how do you think they would treat your loved one. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone.
