I just came from Creekside and I would never go there again.
When I first got there, at night I was left on the bed pan for over half an hour and received urine scald. I still have the problem some what and we are getting it cured here at home.
I realize now I should have insisted the director of nursing actually look at it. I was fortunate that open sores didn't develop.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. I felt the facility lacked staffing for the amount of patients. The food did not look appealing at all.. I heard patients yelling and asked one of the workers passing by, "hey there is patience calling for help". The worker said she will let the CNA know. It was not right away I saw someone go into the patients room.

Whenever I've visited their office, it's always smelled really bad. They really need to clean or sterilize the office more. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. I did not feel safe with them at all. I was scared that something was going to go wrong. The administrator is despicable and insensitive.
