I was very disappointed in this facility. And I will not recommend this place to anyone. It is very miss leading.

this is te worst nursing home in Gastonia.
Physical therapy staff is slim to none, only one therapist and the rest are cna's doing therapy. If it is to hard for them they do nothing allowing your loved one to regress and not progress.
Nursing staff is rude, ignorant and non caring. they do not carry out doctors orders as ordered such as nebulizer treatments ordered for 2 x daily are given when and if they feel like it. The bathe patients when they can due to short staff. they allow patients to lay in feces for hours at a time. Make sure if your loved one goes you count the diapers and you will know how often they change people. the staff will lie to you. no matter how many times you request to speak to the doctor it will never happen. Patients are discharged well before they are ready physically because PT doesn't want to deal with them any longer. If you put up a fuss then they will call security on you. THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVERY SEEN. I HAVE BEEN A NURSE FOR 50 YEARS.

the worst place I've ever live at. those people don't know how to do Business, they don't know how to treat customers. they towed my car and my brother's car twice because they can't provide parking for both of them. We rent two bedroom and two bathroom, they only give us 1 parking lot. The guardian was not friendly to us, they treat us like the money we are giving to them we didn.t work hard for it. we were in a contract for 1 year and we cancel the contract after 6 months. it looks like their father had that apartment and their father died and leave it for them but they don't have any experience for that.

Both of my parents were there. My dad passed there and my mother is still there. You can't find a better facility. Very seldom do you find the 'smells'. And you cannot find a more dedicated and loving staff.

I couldn't get Trisha to answer my questions . I was so frustrated. I have never been so insulted by someone that I have met for the first time in my whole life. She barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me to find a solution for my situation. They were not interested in helping me at all.The person I talked to (Trisha) was extremely rude and extremely obvious that she did not want us there or to even speak with us.
