The Administrator and Director of Nursing are unprofessional, nonchalant,
arrogant and without compassion. What was introduced as a 5 star facility was reduce to a 2 and a half star being generous. The leaders are a reflection of the non communication that take place and they are very misleading with information. If the well being of quality care for the holistic health of seniors are to be placed in their hand, I pray for safety's for each senior and the staff that they suppose to lead.
