My mother has been a resident for almost 2 1/2 years. When she first went there we were very impressed with the care and service she received. However it wasn't long before the really good staff began to leave. Some left for better jobs, but I believe many of them left because working conditions became unbearable. They do not have enough staff. I only get to Circleville every few weeks, but I have seen many times that my mother will have to sit in a wet and possibly soiled diaper for up to an hour. Her call button rarely works and even when it does it is ignored. I don't blame the staff because a person can only be one place at a time. Yesterday her roommate also had on her call light and alarms were going off because she got out of her chair, but no one responded. She finally got up and went to the bathroom by herself. My sister was there one day and heard a lady calling for help and there was no one in sight.

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Kind of, but not very well

No, but they said they were going to!
