Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

Absolutely not, the office was disgusting

Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!

I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. If you're looking for a dependable and trustworthy nursing home, look no further. I would recommend them to anyone I know. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.
