Don't ever put a loved one here they almost killed my mom by not giving her the proper meds. Then as she was near death they called me to ask if they should send her to the hospital. Minutes matter at that point and they couldn't make a decision. The place is rotten.

They need to treat their staff with more respect. They weren't overly rude but they could have been a lot nicer. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I'm not always sure that they're going to work with me until they find a solution, and sometimes it seems like they're going to give up on trying to help me. I don't feel like I can always count on them.
They also lost my mom's possessions when they moved her from building 2 to building 1. I didn't know until months later when I went to pick up her things after her funeral.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
