I was able to take a tour of Albany Health and Rehab and it was a very nice place. All of the nurses were very helpful in answering my questions and the residents I saw were all happy and content with their environmental. It smelled nice and it was all very clean. Overall I enjoyed my tour and would suggest that if anyone reading this to check out Albany, you or your loved one will not regret it.

We had been looking for a place that would take great care of my mother & that we felt comfortable with for months until one day my friend had told me about Albany. It's only about an hour from where our family lives and my friend made it seem really promising. When we toured the facility, our entire family fell in love. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was upbeat and positive. It was very clean and the residents really seemed happy. My mother has been there for about six months and she's happier & healthier than she's been in years. My family, my mother and myself all LOVE Albany. Thank you!!

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide?
Not at all! They exceeded my expectations
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office?
Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Their staff is warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.

The staff was friendly and the food was excellent! Any difficulties we had, someone was always available to help out. They had great communication and genuinely cares about my loved ones well fair. Will definitely recommend this facility to others in the community!
