Great facility! Excellent care, customer service and clean!

Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.

They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile.
