The scheduled surgery was a day and a half after me entering the ER. I had to wait for many hours for a dr to show up. they just told me i was getting the surgery with no instruction or information of before during and after the surgery.
I left feeling very confused and frustrated. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. The mistake for such a basic procedure was so big I had to go back into surgery 3 days later to repair it. I definitely don't trust their ability to preform as a Hospital. They're only concern was to get me out of there, with out I was in a lot of pain during my visit that I feel could have definitely been avoided if they had been more careful.
