I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!

I am very happy with them, specially doctor Jodi. I just went to do my immigration medical paperwork, and I ended up gaining their sympathy. They are very nice people. The first time I went there, I spent nearly 40 minutes with Dr. Jodi, which I thought it is always with every doctor the first time. Then I had an appointment on Saturday for just a vaccine and Dr. Jodi spent almost 40 minutes checking me out because I had some other question about my health. I am very happy with this provider, and I am switching to her as my primary doctor. I highly recommend this provider, they DO CARE about your health. They take their time, and listen to you to make sure you feel very confident about them. I AM SO HAPPY.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
