Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I had to wait a while for my appointment, because the Dr. takes whatever time is necessary to confer with patients. It was worth the wait! They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. The restrooms were clean and well-stocked at this provider's office. She was one of the most courteous, respectful surgeons I've ever met. I did not care for the referral for the biopsy, that doctor was cold and uncaring, and gave the test results so quickly over the phone, I didn't have a chance to ask questions. However, within a day, I did hear from the surgeon at Rose City Breast Care, and she answered every question fully and completely.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Absolutely not! I was seen right away!
