She doesn’t listen and only has a nurse call you back. Refuses to talk to patents in phone.

Awesome.
Spent time asking questions about my past, present and anything she thought could help us find answers. She didn't miss a beat. Ordered Labs from A to Z. Also, trying to keep me as comfortable as possible while we go thru this journey wait for answers. I felt like she cared for me not only as a patient but as a person too. I felt very confident with her as well a her wonderful office staff. A+ Nurse, made me feel like I mattered and my problems mattered. Only good things can only come. Thank you all!! 🙏🏼 .. With great respect.

This doctor does not listen to her patients and is difficult to speak with, as she does not return phone calls. I'm not comfortable with a doctor that doesn't feel it's necessary to address her patient concerns.

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. However, the staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. While waiting for my appointment (which was scheduled for 9a.m.) I felt like I was bothering the staff when I finally went to the window at 9:45 asking if I should reschedule because I had work to go to and received a reply that the Dr was on her way to the office. The entire experience was horrible, from rude to a waste of time. I did not feel any of my questions were answered and she gave me prescriptions for conditions I don't have!!!! I'm not normally the complaining type and I've never filled out one of these surveys before but I felt I needed to make my experience known....I guess bottom line, if you like to wait about an hour or so for the first appointment of the day with not even a "sorry for the wait" then this is the doctor for you. I wish I could have said something better
