Doctor nor assistant did not wear no gloves while examining my eyes and there is a pandemic going on.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

I have had contacts since early teens and have been to many optometrists / ophthalmologists. Dr Mathews' eye exams are the most thorough. My 2 children and I go to him and he understands the unique issues each of us experience and is constantly tweaking fit / clarity and comfort for each of us. My son has a really bad astigmatism and Dr Matthews is the only doctor that can fit lens for him.

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.
