Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs.

Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. They really need to clean or sterilize the office more. The office is outdated and looks right out of the 1950s.

I had an appointment with Dr Doucet. Dr Doucet said I needed to see a retina specialist ASAP. I made the appointment with the retina specialist but it was not an emergency and could have been handled in a more efficent manner. This makes me question Dr. Doucet's abilities.
