Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!

No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable

Yes, I felt like an annoyance!
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

please excuse my typing, as i am recovering from eye surgery. dr. berger is a great surgeon, he helped me through near blindness. the problem is that the man has a god complex, he does not want questions from you, just listen, my blood pressure would rise every time i went there. i was so scared, as one would have alot of questions, but he ignores them, as if he donates his time, another friend of mine had this problem with dr. berger. he will not give updates for your job, and his ego is hurt if you get 2nd opinion. i am going out of state to see a specialst, i have been told that burgers attitude comes with being a specialist....god i hope not, i still find the streangth to pray that dr berger learns compassion and treats others better than he treated me, health issues of the eyes are scary enough, and a scary doctor just adds stress to the mix. i am hoping to find the right doc out of state. god bless you all.
