Dr. Baharvar is an excellent doctor. I'm grateful I found him. He has a terrific sense of humor which I appreciate. He is focused, skilled, experienced, and caring. I couldn't recommend him more highly.

They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

I recently visited Dr Baharvar's office for some abdominal pain I was having for a while. It was easy to set up an appointment with the secretary and felt very welcome when I got to the office and didn't have to wait long in the waiting room. Dr. Baharvar listened to my history of symptoms carefully and with his recommendations I improved immediately. I really appreciated the attentiveness he had towards me. I'm assuming things have changed since the last few reviews because his office does accept credit cards along with checks and cash. I left the office feeling much more positive and reassured with my problem.

They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried tell him something he never listened to my history. Insurance companies give Dr. Baharvar financial incentives to not give referrals so he doesn’t like to give them out. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money.

First of all, what doctor's office doesn't take credit card? I had to pay cash and ASK for a receipt upon which the woman totally butchered my name. The reason I went to Dr Baharvar was because I was having numbness and tingling/burning sensation in my hands and feet for several days. He completely brushed off my symptoms saying I was "too young" to be having this. I'm not trying to be overdramatic, but stroke and heart attack is not completely unheard of for a 30 year old. I told him I went to urgent care and they did blood work to rule out vitamin deficiency, etc and he said that was a mistake, that I should come to him first. His diagnosis? I need more exercise. What? I told him I exercise already and he only shrugged and said to "do more." He didn't even give me direction on what kind I should do to alleviate my problems. He didn't explain what might be causing this, that it could be neurological, or a thyroid issue, or anything. He said feeling numb in the hand is normal for everyone. Um, no. Urgent care was more helpful and caring and I will NEVER go back to Dr Baharvar. I wanted to ask for a neurology referral but since he thinks all I need to do to fix this is exercise, there was no way he was going to give it to me. The only good thing I can comment on is that it was easy to schedule an appointment the day of... probably because no one wants to go to him so he's got a lot of time open. I am switching doctors at the end of the month.
