There are times when I've been there, that the receptionist seems to favor certain clients. It's not all the time, but I don't appreciate it when it happens. the doctor NEVER does this. She's a gem! I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I had a great experience here and will most definitely refer them to others in need of an internist. I also have concerns that the receptionist doesn't relay phone requests, etc., in an accurate or timely manner. A new receptionist could make this practice really an inviting place to go to.

There is no comparison!
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office?
Absolutely not! I was seen right away!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision

Not at all! They were always present and attentive
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
No, they've never taken personal calls with me
