I am not going to use the website's draft because it seems pretty out of touch with the important things that I need to highlight about this provider.

The parking structure is VERY convenient.

Dr. Nash is nice. He seems caring and is willing to answer all of my questions until I understand what the treatment entails.

The nurse/assistant that is in the room is AWESOME! She is so nice and gentle when taking blood pressure. Makes me feel very comfortable.

The office, in general, seems a bit dated. It is clean, certainly, but some updated paint and a few small touches could go a long way.

The front office staff is a completely other matter. They seem bothered that they have to deal with you when you come in. They cannot answer any questions about cost of treatment and told me to call my insurance company. I just needed a ballpark idea and asked what the billed fee is so that I could calculate what insurance might pay or know, worst case scenario, what I had to pay if totally out of pocket. Nope, they could not tell me. How would it be possible that the front office not know the doctor's fees?!?! When I leave I have to ask to set up my next appointment and they look at me like I'm crazy to want to set up a 6 month appointment that much in advance. Calling is even worse. They make me feel like I am such a burden- how dare I call them and interrupt what they are doing!

I really like Dr. Nash and I do not know if his front office is assigned by CSM or hired by him- but I would suggest a staff change or some courses in customer service at the very least. I lived on the Eastside throughout college and a few years after, but have since moved to Greenfield. I would continue to go to Dr. Nash as I work downtown, but I am seriously considering switching providers and going closer to home based solely on the fact that his office staff is so rude.

They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. I am confident that I was called the minute my test results were ready-fastest I've ever seen. They were extremely polite on the phone as well. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. This is one of the friendliest and most welcoming offices I've ever visited. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important.

They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs. They were fantastic.
They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.
