I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.
