They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They were extremely forthcoming with information and were able to answer all of my questions. They reassured me that if I had more questions I was welcome to call. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
