My father came to see you on 12/17/1998 about an oral lesion, to which you sent him away with an ointment instead of ordering a biopsy, even though you were aware of a previous diagnosis. Mid-March of the following year, roughly three months later, a more concerned doctor ordered a biopsy, which confirmed cancer. I wish you would have followed standard medical procedure.
