They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I give them two thumbs way up for their advanced and sophisticated equipment. Everything was just upgraded and brand new. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.
