I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They were kind of friendly, but I wasn't very impressed. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I wasn't too impressed with their level of service. It wasn't terrible but I think that I probably could've gotten better service somewhere else. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.
