Dr. Williams did an amazing job with my breast cancer reconstruction. He was very caring and understanding of my feelings during the entire process. The outcome was wonderful. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of plastic surgery.

No, it was fine

The surgeon, I was much more comfortable going into surgery knowing what the surgeon was like

I had to wait for over an hour each time I saw Dr. Willams. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant even thought the doctor said he would. He only said he would follow back up with me to get me out of the office. When you say you're going to follow up, you should. I would never trust this doctor. He consistently dismiss my concerns. I don't trust his office to ever actually look into my concerns because to Dr. Willams it is about the money and not the procedure performed that now has to be corrected. Complete waste of $6000.
