They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. I've been looking for a great ophthalmologist and I think I finally found it. I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive.
