They really make an effort to get to know their patients. They always address me by name, and we're able to pick up right where we left off at the last appointment. I've been to some surgeons that seem like all you are is a hindrance to their schedule, but not this one. They were so kind and patient, and made sure I had all the information I needed before I left. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Their staff was very compassionate and respectful. They made my entire experience even better.
