I was very impressed with their office. Everything was so neat and orderly, and I could tell that they took pride in how fantastic their office looked. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.

Yes, I had to wait quite a while

Not really. I usually have to remind them.

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else
