I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I trust Dr. Kleinschmidt very much.
