They didn't follow through with almost everything they told me I would get when I first arrived. I feel like they slighted me. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is wonderful, but Dr. Botros leaves a strong impression of incompetency and is always in a rush -- so much so that he ignores patient complaints entirely. You're on a conveyor belt system with him.
