Fantastic Office and tremendous staff! Little wait time upon arrival, listens to and answers all questions and concerns.

listens to my problems and is very intent on finding the problem. She also listens to problems and gives solutions to me. I have used Dr. Marie from her first day in practice here in South Boston. Would never think of switching. I even got my husband to see her.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.

They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and comfortable during each appointment. They are one of the most welcoming offices I've ever visited. I noticed this business did have the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They go an extra mile to makes sure they can do what ever it is that they can to meet the needs of their patients.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

No, they were fully staffed

Yes.

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
