She makes sure you feel like a real person... not just a test subject during doctor's rounds.
She listens, considers what you've found on the internet yourself and then WITH you works through a solution plan for your issues...

Took me 40 years to find a doctor like this...

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.

I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I like Dr. Crognale once you actually get to see her. The frustrating part is that the wait in the lobby is often very long, and then the wait in the actual consult room is also long.
