Twice they had an scheduled appointment for my mother without telling us. The only way we knew about it when they called one day prior to the date to confirm it. Needless to say, we had to cancel one because we could not make it. This can happen once, but twice in a row!!!

The doctor is always in a hurry. He has rarely made an eye contact with my mother and wanted to know everything from me and get out of the room quickly!! Worst patient etiquette I have ever seen in this country.

Very unprofessionally managed office. We had requested for a copy of medical record in person, and the receptionist told me that we shall get a phone call about it. When none came for two weeks, I had called again, and this time was told that a signed release form will be necessary (which I could have done on the first day). Have signed and waiting for two weeks now, with no result yet.
