Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

I didn't wait long. My appointment started on time. I was given a polite greeting when I tried to sign in at the front desk of the office. Their office was well organized and clean. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Dr Chadha is very good at listening to your problems and then checking you for your stats / the problem and then providing you a necessary diagnosis info as well as the prescription for the needed medicines.

Their equipment was safe and well taken care of, which really says a lot about their standards of care to me. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They never use foul language. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
