It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.

What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
