RUDE Customer Service! Overpriced! Didn't care if I was a customer. It is obvious that they are about to go out of business. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE USE THIS PROVIDER.

Dr Porter took all the time needed to help me with my vision problems, in fact he spent what had to be extra time making sure that the eye glass prescription that I received was the perfect one. I could not be happier with the care and the professionalism dsplayed by Dr Porter. I honestly was made to feel that correcting my vision problem was the most important thing in the world to him. I will, without hesitation,recommend him and Advanced Eyecare to everyone!!.

I had an 8:30 appointment, the tech came into see me around that time and then left shortly before 9:00 am. I then waited for half an hour and finally went out into the reception area to ask how much longer and was told 5-10 minutes. You leave a client sitting for 40 minutes for an eye exam. I should have been in and out of there in 30 minutes. And the best part was that they did not even care. Even my Primary Care doctor informed me that this is typical of this practice as they are the only game in town - terrible. No customer service and horrible "bedside" manner. DO NOT BOTHER with this group. You are better off driving further for eyecare.

I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. This is a facility providing high quality care with small town friendliness!
