After my first visit with Dr. Shepard I was so impressed with his Mannerism. He is caring and compassionate. And took all the time I needed to explain to me my condition. I love this man he couldn’t be sweeter.

I do think his medical staff could be a bit more cheerful and friendly. But I wasn’t there to see them, so it doesn’t really matter because Dr. Shepard is the best! i would recommend him to anyone.

I would not see Dr. Doug Shepherd again. His bedside manners and rudeness were repugnant for the medical community. I was and still am disturbed by the disrespect and disregard he displayed toward me as a patient! Think twice before scheduling with him, I was greatly disappointed and did not like my experience there at all.

Perhaps he has medical knowledge, but his total disregard for the patient is appalling. I would NEVER send my WIFE or CHILDREN to see him.

They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. There is no way I would ever recommend them to any of my friends or family members. I wouldn't want my worst enemy to go through what I went through there. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. I definitely don't trust their advice. They're only concerned about themselves. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
