When I left my appointment I was so pleased with my experience that I knew right then I would recommend them to everyone I know. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.

I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.

Dr. Donaldson is very friendly thorough and his staff polite and efficient. I like going to him and recommend him to others.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.
