I became very uncomfortable when I realized that they were extremely inexperienced in the procedure I wanted done. I don't think they had ever done it before. I did not feel safe with them at all. I was scared that something was going to go wrong. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. They didn't follow through with almost everything they told me I would get when I first arrived. I feel like they slighted me.
