Does this provider treat their staff well?
Not at all. I felt terrible for all the staff members

Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!

I didn't have to wait long for my appointment at all. I was in the waiting room less than twenty minutes. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed
