Last time I saw Karen Kowalske, she was the department Chair of PM&R at UT Southwestern. Then I saw in the newspapers that the Dept. of Justice was pursuing her, Samuel Bierner, and 3 other UTSW PM&R doctors for Medicare fraud. Now she is no where to be seen. What ever happened to her?
