They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. After I told them that I'd like to seek a second opinion, not only did they not get upset, they encouraged it. It made me trust them and their motives all the more. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
