They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. After I told them that I'd like to seek a second opinion, not only did they not get upset, they encouraged it. It made me trust them and their motives all the more.
