Dr.Porter is a great Dr. He truly cares about his patients and never makes you feel like you are over reacting. He is patient and my kids never complain about going. They know that he will be very nice and when they leave he always makes sure that he does what he can to make them feel better. Also the specialist that he refers you to are also top notch. I'm always confident that I'm in a trusting environment. I know many parents that go to him. Including one family that has children that range in age 13-3. Also his staff are amazing. They are always so sweet and are always wiling to help. They are also very speedy about getting things to the school. My son has many issues that his school needs paperwork done for. They are so good at taking care of it. Also the nurses always call within the hour to answer your questions if they aren't available at the exact time you call.

My kids have been seeing Dr. Porter for several years. He is just what you would hope a pediatrician would be. And his staff obviously reflect his professional philosophy.

Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They sent me a letter asking me to find another physician because they aren't comfortable with non vaxing/minimal vaxing. I would not recommend Dr. Porter unless you keep up with all the vaccines.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.
